11. Minors & Age Policy

The tayapub Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. tayapub does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 21 has provided personal data to tayapub, please contact our DPO immediately using the details in Section 14.

12. International Transfers

In certain circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where our technology infrastructure or third-party service providers are located.
